Just saw your message - I'm not blogging, as I'm not running. I'm loving the break. I think running is bad for me! My body hurts, I'm tired all the time and I find it really hard to get out the door. If I just walk, I'm never sore or tired and it's easy to get up in the morning. My moods stay more constant too. Does this happen to you?
