Thanks for your support Cheryl. I really appreciate your input and i'll look at options that cut out the things you mentioned. I am over 100 stinkin flabby kilos overweight and i'm just so sick of it! I can't remember EVER feeling 'Normal' and i want it so badly!

Hey chick, thanks for the tip re my dogs food etc. We are going to try some new dry food from the Vet's... probably cost a fuckn fortune but if it works it will be worth it. Poor bloody dog is miserable.
