All hell broke loose in the chicken pen today!!

These two things must never meet! Miss Minnie dog decided to "help" me feed the girls and collect the eggs. Needless to say a few feathers were ruffled and Miss M was sent to the naughty corner for being a bad girl.

Ohhh I have gossip, Guess who I saw yesterday at the local shopping center in the arse end of nowhere? Stan Grant and that news reader or reporter chick he left his wife for. They were with their ton of kids. Thrilling huh? Well it was to me considering the most exciting thing that happened today was one of the dogs got in the chicken pen...LOL

My life this week!

Hey All,
What a week it has been! No time to scratch my arse yet I have done bugger all...I will summarise it for you.
- Had a fantastic Chritmas, and I didnt even stuff Chrissy lunch.

- Got a pressie from hubby, a bracelet. ( my readers would know that I never get pressies, just told to go and choose my own.)

- My hermit crab escaped out of its tank, I found the shell on the ground broken , thought the cat ate it. 6 hours later I found a nude crab walking in my bedroom. The thing is i have a 35sq house, fuck I laughed. I have 2 crabs they now have a new tank.

- My chickens have started laying, Im getting 4 good sized eggs a day, such cleaver girls!

- My husband told me that next year I can have a "town car". Beauty I thought, a barina or the like will be great, Nah, we are going to look at Alphas, or Merc's ..Ohhh how posh..LOL

- Bloody hot here, 37 today

- Kids are driving me nuts and they got way too much from Santa.

- An old man hit my up the bum whist he was trying to park his car, I know this as I was in my car and had whiplash from it, He denied that he hit me...Then told me to move my car so he could park..LOL Fucking prick...it was quite funny at the time.

- I'm going to Melbourne next week to catch up with my family and friends, and a bit of shopping.

- I miss Kitty.

- I'm going to the farm for a few days tomorrow, well I think I am anyway.

- Miss TD is looking fantastic!

- Miss E has a new blog

- I have put on about 1kg over Christmas, im back on BFL track as of yesterday.

- Miss 14 is staying in Melbourne for a week or 2....rest for this Mummy bear!

- Mr 11's arm is still not healing, It has been 10 weeks since the skin graft. As the dressing clinic is closed for 2 weeks, I'm doing it all. If all isn't well by the 7th of Jan, its back to surgery again!

- I have a girlfriend in Tassie who I love dearly, but she buys me the worst Xmas pressies. I havent the heart to say anything, so I just thank her heaps. This year I got a pale blue feather keyring. It is like something you would win at the show or fair! Im serious... I would rather just a card, but it is the thought that counts, yes I know, but really!!! Pics to follow.

Mmm see, everything and nothing has happened to me.
Sorry no pics of late as I have left my camera at the farm...LOL..will get it tomorrow and have pics next post.

Thursday Night Already!

Hey All,
Can you believe its Thursday already? Where in the hell has this week gone????
Im all organised for Christmas ..yay.
Husband home for almost 3 weeks..yay
Im feeling much better and kicking arse with BFL, not so much on the scales but im down a size in clothes..YAY!
I had a couple of funny things happen to me this week, well I find them funny, I do have an odd sense of humour. I will blog about them when I can be bothered.
Im still so seriously tired, Im having one or two sleeps during the day, everyday. Its quite hot here at the moment and I am pushing myself with my workouts...so, to be expected I guess.
Im staying home for Christmas this year, so I will be around. Might not add to my blog much but I always make time to read others..Yep I leark around but only leave a comment when I have something valid to say.

TODAY IS THE START OF A NEW WEEK!

Yep it sure is. Im back on track with BFL, I have done my work out. I weighed in at 65.8kgs that is up 200gs but it doesnt worry me after the week i had last week. I was feeling like crap for most of the week and in all honesty I wasnt giving my workouts my all.

Im starting to get organised for Chrissy, i wrote my cards last night, yep not organised with that. I should have some happy kidlets come the 25th.
I have brought myself a few pressies from the kids...CD,, yes I will tell you and I can hear you sigh already but I dont give a shit....Tina Arena..and Spice Girls....LOL...yeah yeah piss off!!

Not everyones taste...Grin.

My daughter has informed me that I need to pimp up my blog...Hmmm dunno how to do that but I will try over the next few weeks.

A Prick of a Day!

I had a prick of a day yesterday. I ran over my dog and killed him... im devastated :(
I did weigh this morning and I had lost, but i think its dehydration from crying so much.
anyway, I have to vent on here so I can deal with my loss.

Im still around!

Hey Hey,

Yeah Yeah, im still alive. Im just finding that the days are flying by!!! I cant believe how quick the past few weeks have gone. It is now BFL week 3 day 3. Last week I lost 200gs, disappointing...you bet, ive worked my arse off, maybe not enough because its still bloody there!!!! But hey a loss is a loss.
This week im seriously struggling, not with the food, but with being so tired. I am dog tired. I think it is all starting to catch up on me.
I find my day is -
Getting kids ready for school
Driving them to school
Gym
Errands and housework
Lunch
Then appointments Ie, Toms dressing change 3 times a week, Acupuncture twice a week.
Then dinner
Then housework and bed.
Im eating all the bloody time, Mind you I dont mind that bit too much.
Every bloody day is the same. Even my friend are calling wondering where I am.
Not to mention getting ready for Chrissie, but im bloody organised there, almost all done...yay!
God I sound like a whining old bitch!! But you know what?? I am....LOL

As you know ive been having acupuncture, i was a pessimist, as Ben told me he could fix me in a few weeks, phyisotherapist said it will be long term , maybe 6 months or more...
Im telling you that im 80% better after 3 weeks of acupuncture, 5 sessions.. that is it. Im now hooked!! Give me those needles any day! Im even doing weights with my right arm now, and that sexy brace that I know you were all jealous about is no longer needed...yay!!

Ohh yes I almost forget, I was at a spin class last Thursdays, peddling my little heart out when I looked up and saw myself in the mirror. (I usually dont look at myself, I tend to watch the person in front of me legs, so I know im doing it right.) I thought 'Fuck whats that on my shoulders" when i turned my head and looked it was.....MUSCLE DEFINITION!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG, they looked bloody fantastic....I even had a singlet on and I dont usually wear them, maybe that is why i hadnt noticed before.
I have been reading everyones blogs, maybe not so many comments, dont know why, maybe just lazy...Grin

Im Back

Morning All,
Well Im back from Melbourne.
I had the plane trip from Hell. 6.55am im on this little bloody regional aircraft, 30ish degs outside , 35degs in the plane. Once we took off the A/C came on so it was a bit better. I was reading my book, and planning next week meals when DING DING, the seat belt sign comes on..Ohh yes miss hostie informs us that it might get a bit rough...

Rough.. FUCKING ROUGH!!!!! EWWWWWW

Melbourne was having rain and wind....Ohh shit, Im in summer clothes (but looking hot due to my weigh loss and sensationally good hair day)

So here I am, eyes closed (looking hot as i mentioned before LOL) trying to think good thoughts so the vomit bag didnt get a workout....Ohh God...I hate trips like that...

Yep it was raining in Melb but not as bad as I thought.
The Audit went well.

I had a rest day yesterday, as my legs were still so bloody sore, and I was dog tired from the trip. I even had my free meal yesterday, only 2 slices of pizza and a 1/2 southern and diet coke at the pub...

Im going to the farm today so I will take some pics, if i can get the camera of Miss 14

Ouchies...

Hi Everyone!

Im a tad sore this morning, after a 30mins HIIT session on the elliptical trainer at the gym and then a lower body weight session. I haven't ever used one before, I think I hate it..LOL..

But on a plus I was walking to check my mail today and I was pulling up my jeans...all good.
It is also fair to say that the ticker..(Yep check it out above) is telling lies....Ohh yes, I am under that weight now. It wont be changed until my offical weigh in day of Monday.

Im starting to feel a little hungry around meals/snack times now so my metabolism is working with me not against me.

Plan for the day:
* Clean this house
* A bit of Chrissy shopping
* Organise my meals for tomorrow.
* Do Jobs for my darling husband, (pick up truck filters, thrilling stuff like that)
*Spin Class at 5.30pm

Ohh yes, Im flying to Melbourne tomorrow to do an audit, only for the day.

Well im going to limp and get on with my day!

Loss This Week.

Yep I had a loss..............

Mondays is my weigh in day, I woke this morning and as still couldn't believe it and you know what? I was still the same weight...

Im now 65.8kgs, see by next week my ticker should be right.

Right now I have nothing blog worthy to say, so Im off the gym.

BFL week 1 comes to an end.

Evening Bloggers!!
Well I have made it through week one of BFL. I can honestly say that the first day I thought to myself..Fuck I cant do this, but you know what? I can do anything I put my mind to!!
I will be posting tomorrow with my weight. You might have noticed that I haven't changed my ticker to the higher weight I am at the moment, that is because I will be back down there very soon. Just watch me!!
The work outs have been hard, but I knew that before I took this challenge on.

I had a great weekend! My darling husband was home, as he is a workaholic, we spend all day in the garden on Saturday. I looked at it as more movement, its all good! We went out for dinner on Sat night, Yep my free meal. I didn't eat too much, we had Chinese..Yummo.

My hubby flew back to Melbourne tonight. I was feeling quite sad. Mind you he does piss me off at times but I really love having him around. (For those that don't know my man works away 99% of the time, I mainly only see him on weekends)
He is tough on the kids, which helps me out heaps. Both of my kids are almost taller than me and my daughter 14, is a typical bloody 14yo. She ran away on Monday!! Fuck I wanted to killer. I found her up the main st at 9.30pm!! AAHHHHHHHHH!!!
I'm sure I was never as bad as her....but I think my Mum would disagree...sigh.

At the airport, I saw the wife of one of the guys who works for us....I bloody cant stand her. You have no idea how much. Her kids are so rude. When they visit (usually unannounced) they just walk in my house without knocking. Anyway I will get pissed off going on about her. Mind you I think that is a whole post in itself.....LOL...and one day I will tell all.
I was happy because im skinner than her and I know im a much nicer person....makes me feel better...LOL

I read heaps of blogs but only usually comment on a few. Mainly cause Im lazy and also I dont know what to say as the blogger doesnt know me.
I have been following oneskinnygirl http://oneskinnygirl.blogspot.com/ , sorry miss skinny I still cant work out how to do the link thing.. :) Anyway I finally commented on her blog. She is a sweetheart who has lost a stack of weight and has kept it off! She is sensational! Thanks for adding me to your blog honey, I will endeavor to try and do the same for you!
