Can anyone know of a good Yoga DVD? I have been doing it for a few months now, but I have been going to a class once a week. I would really like a DVD I can do at home. I have the Weight Watchers one but its very very basic.
Hmmm any ideas???

Ive got both Geri Halliwells ones and they are pretty good... you can go at your own level right up to hardcore.... she did them when she was mega skinny and looked like a lolly pop.....
They are good though!
Does your local video shop have fitness DVDs for hire? If so, you can try a few and see if you like any of them before buying one.
I have one of the AussieFit series that's OK....I don't really do the yoga though, just the separate stretching sessions. I got it from K Mart ages ago, no idea if they still have them.
